BAT works with our clients to advance their use and management of information technology (IT). Our four-step approach to IT advisory services always has the goal of obtaining new and advanced products and services for less than our customers’ current costs.

INVENTORY/AUDIT: It all starts with a technology inventory and audit. This is the first step where we will review all existing technologies and services that you are currently utilizing; voice, data, Internet, mobility, applications, Software as a Service (SaaS), etc., along with their associated contracts and invoices. During this process, we always identify immediate savings (credits and refunds), due to erroneous billings or discrepancies.

PURPOSE and OPTIMIZATION: The next step is determining or defining the purpose or use for all devices, lines, circuits, and services. You may be paying for “things” that were disconnected, or for employees that are no longer with the company, etc. Once we have a complete inventory of all devices, circuits, systems, and services we will look for ways to immediately improve performance and/or efficiencies and reduce costs.

ASSESSMENT and TRANSFORMATION: BAT then works with our clients to actualize digital transformation. We evaluate/assess all current technologies to identify what is either obsolete, or “end of life” (EOL) and needs to be replaced and/or updated to utilize the latest capabilities/functionality available, in conjunction with new and improved work flows or processes. This transformation will allow your company to be as efficient and effective as possible in servicing and supporting current and prospective customers in today’s fast moving digital marketplace.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT: Once all contracts, invoices, and expenses are benchmarked, the key difference maker is ensuring your accounts are effectively managed going forward. This will ensure all payments are accurate and reflect all ongoing MACDs (ongoing moves, adds, changes to services and disconnection of services). We also assist our clients with the ongoing lifecycle management of their systems and services, and contract renewals.
