DESIGN WITH THE FUTURE IN MIND: BAT provides new construction project services for all “low-voltage” systems, and now Distributed Antenna Systems (Public Safety & Wireless Carrier) and EV charging systems. Utilizing our expert engineers and processes, our clients can “future proof” their facilities in the design phase of their project planning. These services include the backbone infrastructure (cabling/fiber and distribution systems) for all your systems’ devices on the desk, the wall or ceiling (phones, printers, cameras, Wi-Fi, door access controls, etc.). These devices in many cases require conduit, power and specific hardware to function. These decisions need to be made before pouring concrete or before walls are put up. We will work alongside your architects and mechanical-electrical engineers (MEP) to ensure all current and future technology is considered and included in your Permit Set of Plans.

NO CHANGE ORDERS: We eliminate the burdensome time and money associated with “change orders”, as many times low-voltage systems are often left out or late in the planning phase of construction projects.

OWNER REPRESENTATION FROM BEGINNING TO END OF PROJECT: We also specialize in designing and procuring all related technology, systems and services on your behalf. We will negotiate the best possible pricing available for all required products and services and with the appropriate service level agreements (SLAs), manage the implementation process and to ensure all products and services are delivered on time and as defined in our design specifications.
